All sales are final & we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you were sent the wrong item, or if there is an issue with the product, please email shop@jakischrist.com within 14 days of receipt.

All orders ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase. Please make sure to fill out the correct address when checking out. After the order is shipped a change of address will not be possible. All packages include a packing slip, & the worth of goods will be clearly displayed for legal & tax purposes. International customers are responsible for any customs duties and fees associated with the package.

Jakischrist is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier to open an investigation.
